It is during summer 2002 that we passed Catherine and me owe this large grid closed of number 4 of the Avenue of the Monument with this sign "To rent" which seemed to say to us: " occupy you of me Come!!! I want to leave the shade!!! "

This house with half-timberings which dates from the years 1900-1918, in the course of restoration by its owner launched us really a call. It is a great decision to launch out in the adventure, the trade of restorer (as well of others) is not easy thing at the present time.

Two weeks of reflexions were necessary finally to start!!! and, after three months of assiduous work, the family, the friends, the trade associations all together, we were very proud to open the doors to you of "Le Croquant Pastel".
